Don MaGee Sensei Don MaGee Sensei has studied Katori Shinto-Ryu for over 15 years. In 2013, Sugawara Sensei named him as an official Katori Shinto-ryu teacher and granted him a Kyoshi (teacher's) License. He shares teaching responsibilities at our dojo with Paul Frank Sensei and Jeff Hempel Sensei. His foundation in the martial arts was in Korean Tae Kwon Do which he studied for 27 years and attained the rank of Third Dan. Don Sensei is retired and in addition to his passion for the martial arts he enjoys camping, biking, hiking and road trips.
